For me, food has always been more than something we eat. It is the way I express care, creativity and connection. Some of my strongest memories are tied to family, shared tables and the feeling of being together. Every dish carries a story, a memory, a place, a feeling. I love creating food that brings people together and makes them feel at home.

I'm Luisa, an Italian chef de partie based in Amsterdam. I chose to work as a freelancer because I genuinely enjoy stepping into different kitchens, meeting new teams and adapting to different ways of working. For me, the kitchen is a place where you never stop learning. Every new environment teaches me something - a new technique, a different perspective, a better way to work. I enjoy embracing new experiences, staying curious and learning from the people around me. That is exactly why freelance work suits me. It allows me to keep growing, both as a chef and as a person.
